The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) facilitates the flow of legitimate
travellers and trade. The agency also enforces more than 100 acts and
regulations that keep our country and Canadians safe. The Canada Border Services
Agency (CBSA) provides clearance, control and examination services, on behalf of
other government departments and agencies, for travellers, importers and
exporters, at close to 1,200 points of entry (POE), including land border
offices, international mail processing centres, airports, sufferance warehouses,
and a number of other service locations.

Canadian Immigration Lawyers Association
The Canadian Immigration Lawyers Association (CILA) is an innovative and
transformative association of immigration lawyers. We promote justice and
fairness in citizenship and immigration law. We advocate for improvements to
immigration-related policies and departmental operations through public
dialogue, submissions, coalition-building, court interventions and test
litigation. CILA liaises with government departments and agencies, all levels of

How do we do this? We create and distribute original, high-calibre content in

tradeshow of exhibitors, speakers’ series, practical workshops and networking
opportunities, called the Canadian Immigrant Fair. Present the only national

The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants licenses and regulates
Canadian immigration and citizenship consultants in the public interest. There
are 2 types of immigration and citizenship consultants we regulate: Regulated

Immigration Advisors (RISIAs). The College regulates Canadian immigration and

OCASI was formed in 1978 to act as a collective voice for immigrant serving
agencies and to coordinate responses to shared needs and concerns. OCASI is a
